Coravin Pivot Plus

The Coravin Pivot+® Wine-by-the-Glass System gives you the flexibility to pour wine by the glass from any bottle, regardless of closure type, while keeping the remaining wine fresh and vibrant for up to four weeks.

During service, pure argon gas replaces the wine poured from the bottle, creating a protective barrier against oxygen. The included Pivot Aerator instantly releases aromas, providing the equivalent of 90 minutes of decanting in just a few seconds.

Designed to give wine lovers the freedom to explore any bottle by the glass without compromise.

How it works :

1. Insert the Pivot Cap – After removing the cork or capsule, insert the Pivot cap into the opened bottle.

2. Insert the system and pour – Insert the tube into the cap, then pour the desired amount of wine.

3. Reseal and store – Remove the Pivot system and reseal the bottle with the cap – the argon protects the remaining wine for up to 4 weeks.
