Coutale Waiter's Corkscrew

Developed by a French vintner, the Coutale reverses the traditional position of the boot lever and the spiral. 

Instructions
A spring activated first-step engages the bottle rim.  Push the handle down for the first 3/4 inch extraction. Pull the handle up and the lower step on the lever will snap in for the final extraction.
