Bread knife Laguiole

The André Verdier Laguiole stainless steel bread knife set includes a DEBUTANT INOX knife with a mirror-finish blade and polished handle, presented in its gift box. This Laguiole bread knife features a hardened X46Cr13 stainless steel blade measuring 18 cm. The blade thickness is 1.2 mm and the edge is serrated with a bevel grind.

This is a full-tang knife with a molded stainless steel handle, assembled with three stainless steel rivets.
