To get started, use a vinegar mother, or create one yourself within a few weeks using vinegar or wine. Once you have your vinegar mother, simply feed it regularly with leftover wine from opened bottles. In just 3 weeks, your vinegar will be ready to enjoy, offering rich and flavorful aromas.

The ceramic vinegar maker features an acid-resistant interior glaze, ensuring the quality and durability of your homemade vinegar. It also comes with a removable lid, making it easy to fill, access the vinegar mother, and clean the container by hand or in the dishwasher.

The boxwood tap, mounted on a cork stopper (made in the Jura region), provides a perfect seal. A small 10 cm diameter bowl is also included to collect the exact amount of vinegar needed for preparing your favorite dressings and condiments.
